It's so good to read alternative medicine information. I like having options.
A good article, though I thought the explanation of type 2 diabetes was a bit muddled. In one place the article describes type 2 as due to decreased levels of insulin, though in another place explains that the culprit's creased insulin resistance. Decreased levels of insulin occur at late stages of type 2 as pancreatic cells die. I thought it was interesting that the authors recommended acupuncture for nerve pain. An interesting topic to look into further. Dianne Rees
